DISPATCH PROTOCOL

DISSOVERSE LLC is committed to delivering a precise, reliable, and transparent dispatch experience for every operative. This Dispatch Protocol outlines the terms governing order processing, shipping methods, carrier selection, and delivery expectations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. DISPATCH OPTIONS AND RATES

DISSOVERSE LLC ships via trusted carrier networks including UPS, USPS, and DHL. Dispatch rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier pricing and reflect the most competitive rates available at the time of your order. You may select your preferred dispatch route during the checkout sequence.

Dispatch costs are non-refundable once a transmission has shipped.

Expedited dispatch routes are available for an additional fee, subject to carrier availability in your region.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Field Ready Items (Ready to Ship): Field Ready artifacts are processed immediately and dispatched either the same business day or the following business day.

Ritual Build Items (Made to Order): Ritual Build artifacts require additional production time, typically seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days prior to dispatch. Estimated build timelines are specified on the individual artifact page. Production timelines are estimates and shall not be construed as guarantees.

Business days exclude weekends and federally recognized holidays.

3. DOMESTIC DISPATCH (UNITED STATES)

Delivery timelines vary by carrier and dispatch route selected at checkout.

Standard dispatch: two (2) to seven (7) business days from date of shipment.

Expedited dispatch: one (1) to three (3) business days from date of shipment.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by DISSOVERSE LLC.

4. INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH

DISSOVERSE LLC ships internationally to operatives worldwide. We do not dispatch to regions experiencing active armed conflict, designated war zones, or territories subject to United States government trade embargoes, sanctions, or export restrictions as administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

International delivery timelines vary by destination and dispatch route, typically seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days from date of shipment.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole financial responsibility of the operative. These charges are not included in DISSOVERSE LLC dispatch rates and are not within our control.

DISSOVERSE LLC is not responsible for delays arising from customs clearance processes, inspections, or governmental holds.

5. TRACE BEACON (ORDER TRACKING)

All transmissions include trace beacon (tracking) information, which will be transmitted to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Trace beacon links allow you to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's tracking platform.

If you do not receive trace beacon information within forty-eight (48) hours of dispatch confirmation, contact the Support Station at [email protected].

6. DISPATCH ADDRESS ACCURACY

Operatives are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping coordinates at the time of order placement. DISSOVERSE LLC is not liable for transmissions dispatched to incorrect addresses provided by the operative.

Verify your shipping coordinates before finalizing your transmission. Orders returned to DISSOVERSE LLC due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to additional dispatch fees for re-shipment.

7. DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title for all artifacts passes to the operative upon delivery to the carrier at DISSOVERSE LLC's fulfillment facility.

Once a transmission is marked as delivered by the carrier, DISSOVERSE LLC is no longer responsible for the package.

In cases of lost, stolen, or damaged packages, operatives must file a claim directly with the carrier. DISSOVERSE LLC will assist by providing shipment documentation and dispatch records to support your claim upon request.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

DISSOVERSE LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in dispatch arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather events, pandemics, epidemics, labor disputes, carrier service disruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PROTOCOL

DISSOVERSE LLC reserves the right to amend this Dispatch Protocol at any time. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
